Job summary

Fairmont Scottsdale Princess seeks a Spa Reservations Coordinator to deliver five-diamond service and manage bookings for a luxurious wellness journey. You are the first contact, ensuring warmth and professionalism from the initial call through the guest spa experience.

The role emphasizes booking precision with Book4Time, upholding safety standards, and collaborating with leadership to tailor guest experiences. English fluency required; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in the spa or salon industry.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service
• Greet guests over the phone in a warm genuine manner
• Maintain a high level of professionalism in all aspects of job performance
• Host guests through the facility and familiarize them with the surroundings while explaining the wellness journey
• Guide the guests toward their specific needs when making reservations and off multiple treatment bookings and up-sells
• Communicate all changes, cancellations and additions to the back of house leadership team
• Promote a safe working environment by adhering to hotel health and safety standards
• Process transactions and adjustments in Book4Time daily
• Perform any duties and responsibilities as assigned including daily checklists
