Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Front desk, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; comfortable learning property management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay calm under pressure.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, owners, and vendors warmly.
• Answer and direct calls, emails, and inquiries promptly.
• Check guests in and out.
• Provide area and property information, directions, and guest assistance.
• Maintain front desk organization and inventory.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Reservations teams.
• Accept and log packages, keys, and lost & found items.
• Handle guest concerns with urgency and professionalism.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing and data entry.
• Support property management staff with various operational duties.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Front Desk Manager.
