Capital Vacations, LLC is seeking a Hospitality Specialist to ensure exceptional guest service and a warm, welcoming environment during every stay in Florida. You will handle front desk operations, guest inquiries, and coordinate with departments to fulfill requests.

You will check guests in and out, collect balances, post charges, and support night audit and revenue processing, while maintaining high standards of courtesy and accuracy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Prior experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred.
• Computer skills, attention to detail, excellent customer service and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Check-in and check-out guests and collect balances.
• Post room charges and handle reservations and room moves.
• Run reports, monitor online travel agents, and respond to reviews.
