Job summary

KW Property Management & Consulting is seeking a front desk team member to greet guests, manage access, and coordinate with the office to maintain owner information. You will handle packages, support residents, and ensure safety and compliance with policies in a property setting.

The role emphasizes high-quality customer service, accurate reporting, and reliable communication with management and staff. Prior hospitality experience is preferred and the position is based on-site in Florida.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; some college preferred.
• Must be familiar with using computer software; strong organizational and communication skills.
• Minimum six months of related experience and/or training.
• Hospitality industry experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests in a standing upright position with top-tier customer service.
• Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and guests to guard against theft.
• Coordinate with office staff to maintain and update unit owner information in the database.
• Answer and handle calls with professional phone etiquette.
• Report violations of Rules and Regulations noticed on duty.
• Follow emergency procedures and report incidents to management.
