Job summary

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills and experience in hospitality or customer service, plus familiarity with PMS like Opera or Cloudbeds. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel front desk or customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with Opera/Cloudbeds or similar PMS is a plus.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide excellent customer service.
• Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries.
• Process payments and maintain guest records.
• Assist guests with special requests and resolve concerns professionally.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments.
• Use reservation systems and PMS.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk area.
• Follow hotel policies, security procedures, and service standards.
