Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a Guest Services Representative to provide excellent guest experiences at the front desk. You will handle check-in/out, reservations, and payments while maintaining a clean, organized lobby and billing records.

You will assist guests, answer phones, and follow Make it Right processes to resolve issues. The role requires English proficiency and ability to operate the property management system.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests at all times and answer phones. Check in/check out and collect payment per company guidelines.
• Process reservations, registration, payment, and departures per procedures.
• Handle collection efforts of in-house balances and maintain cash, credit card and city ledger records.
• Complete front desk daily paperwork and ensure safety and security procedures are followed.
• Provide breakfast setup/maintenance when required and keep areas tidy and organized.
• Sell ESA value to inquiries and convert to reservations and occupied rooms.
