Extended Stay America is seeking a friendly Guest Services Representative to assist guests, answer phones, check guests in and out, and process payments per company guidelines. You will maintain front desk procedures and uphold safety standards.

You will resolve guest requests through Make it Right, manage reservations, balance cash and city ledger accounts, and keep common areas tidy. Strong English, basic math, and customer service mindset are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or 1-3 months related experience or training.
• Proficient English; interacts with guests and associates.
• Proficient operation of the property management system; can run shift reports and audits.
• Basic math skills; ability to complete routine reports and correspondence.
• Good judgment and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests, answer phones, check-in/check-out, and collect payments per guidelines.
• Resolve guest issues through Make it Right and maintain service culture.
• Process reservations, registrations, payments, and departures per procedures.
• Handle cash, credit card, and city ledger balances; maintain records.
• Keep breakfast area and front desk organized; ensure cleanliness and safety.
