Extended Stay America is seeking a Guest Services Representative to greet guests, manage check-in/check-out, handle payments, and provide outstanding service. You will operate the front desk, answer phones, and support reservation activities to maximize occupancy and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include maintaining front desk areas, processing payments accurately, and ensuring adherence to safety and company policies while delivering a welcoming guest experience.

Qualifications

• English proficiency is required to interact with guests, associates and vendors.
• Proficient operation of the property management system (PMS) and ability to run shift reports/audit when needed.
• Ability to understand and follow safety rules, instructions, and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests, answer phones, check guests in and out, and collect payments per guidelines.
• Process reservations, registrations, payments, and departures in accordance with procedures.
• Handle cash, credit card and city ledger accounts for in-house balances.
