Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a Guest Services Representative to greet guests, answer phones, check in and out, and handle payments in line with company policies. You will protect safety standards and complete front desk paperwork daily.

The role requires clear English communication, accurate cash handling, reservations processing, and the ability to resolve guest issues through the Make it Right process.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1-3 months related experience and/or training.
• Proficient use of a property management system.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Basic math and cash handling skills.
• Strong customer service and guest-relations abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, answer phones, and check guests in and out.
• Process reservations, payments, and departures per company guidelines.
• Maintain cash, credit card, and city ledger accuracy.
• Assist with breakfast setup and front desk display.
• Resolve guest issues with courtesy and Make it Right approach.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area.
