Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a Guest Services Representative to assist guests, answer phones, check in/out, and collect payment in line with company guidelines. The role requires delivering a high level of service and maintaining front desk operations.

You will handle reservations, process payments, balance cash and city ledger, and help maintain breakfast displays. You will also help with housekeeping cross-training and uphold safety and security standards.

Qualifications

• Understand and communicate in English proficiently to interact with guests, associates and vendors.
• Proficient operation of the property management system technology and audit functions.
• Complete routine reports and correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-in and check-out and collect payments according to guidelines.
• Answer phones and respond to guest requests with follow-through.
• Resolve guest issues through the Make it Right process with courtesy and respect.
• Process reservations and maintain front desk cash, credit cards, and city ledger accounts.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area in line with standards.
