Extended Stay America is seeking a Guest Services Representative to provide exceptional guest experiences at the front desk. The role includes greeting guests, handling check-ins/outs, phones, and payments, while maintaining accurate front desk records and daily paperwork.

You'll support the Make it Right culture, assist with reservations and sales leads, and ensure property safety and cleanliness in line with brand standards. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required, or 1–3 months related experience.
• Proficient operation of the property management system.
• Ability to communicate in English with guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests, answer phones, check guests in and out, and collect payments in accordance with company guidelines.
• Process reservations, registrations, payments, and departures per procedures.
• Maintain front desk area, balances, and conduct daily front office paperwork.
