You will support daily front desk operations, safety standards, and guest communications across the lobby and common areas. The position emphasizes guest satisfaction, accurate balancing of cash and accounts, and adherence to Make it Right service principles while

Qualifications

• English proficiency to interact with guests and vendors.
• Basic understanding of safety procedures and manuals.
• Accurate completion of routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to perform arithmetic in all units of measure.
• Demonstrates good judgment and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests, answer phones, check in/out and collect payment.
• Handle front desk daily paperwork and safety procedures.
• Resolve guest requests and issues through Make it Right process.
• Process reservations, registrations, payments and departures per guidelines.
• Maintain cash, credit card and city ledger accuracy.
• Keep front desk and lobby areas organized and clean.
