Sonesta International Hotels is seeking a friendly guest services/ bell desk associate in Cambridge, MA. This role assists guests with luggage, provides local area information, and upholds Sonesta standards to ensure a positive first impression on arrival.

Weekend availability is required. Anticipated pay range is $22.00 to $24.00 per hour base pay, with a strong benefits package including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and hotel discounts.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with luggage from vehicle into Lobby and potentially to guest rooms
• Handling of baggage for tour groups
• Should give a good impression of hotel when guest arrive
• Assist with guests’ inquiries regarding local area and activities
• Always monitor Sonesta Standards
• Check out and assist guest with luggage
• Assist with any other requirements by guests of the hotel
• Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned. The employee is expected to work in other areas of the hotel when needed to assist operations to perform job duties not necessarily contained in this job description.
