Job summary

Sonesta International Hotels is seeking dedicated staff to be the first friendly face for guests. You will assist with luggage, provide directions, and contribute to a positive arrival experience at the hotel.

Responsibilities include handling baggage for tour groups and supporting guests with local activity inquiries. Weekend availability is required, with opportunities for growth and participation in Sonesta's service standards across our properties.

What you'll be doing

• Assist guests with luggage from vehicle into Lobby and potentially to guest rooms.
• Handling of baggage for tour groups.
• Should give a good impression of hotel when guest arrive.
• Assist with guests' inquiries regarding local area and activities.
• Always monitor Sonesta Standards.
• Check out and assist guest with luggage.
• Assist with any other requirements by guests of the hotel.
• Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned. The employee is expected to work in other areas of the hotel when needed to assist operations to perform job duties not necessarily contained in this job description.

Weekend Availability Required

Anticipated Pay Range & Additional Job Information

$22.00 to $24.00 Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors including but not limited to job related knowledge, skills and job specific experience/overall experience.
