Job summary

Sonesta Cambridge, MA is seeking a Guest Service Agent to deliver welcoming front desk support, handle registrations, transactions, and guest relations. Weekend availability is required and the role includes assisting guests with luggage and local guidance.

You will work with front desk technology and strive to provide a memorable guest experience while maintaining high standards of hospitality and service.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with luggage from vehicle into Lobby and potentially to guest rooms.
• Handling of baggage for tour groups.
• Provide a good impression of the hotel when guests arrive.
• Assist with guests’ inquiries regarding local area and activities.
• Always monitor Sonesta Standards.
• Check out and assist guest with luggage.
• Assist with any other requirements by guests of the hotel.
• Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned; may work in other areas as needed.
