Sonesta International Hotels is seeking dedicated staff to be the first friendly face for guests. You will assist with luggage, provide directions, and contribute to a positive arrival experience at the hotel.

Responsibilities include handling baggage for tour groups and supporting guests with local activity inquiries. Weekend availability is required, with opportunities for growth and participation in Sonesta's service standards across our properties.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with luggage from vehicle into Lobby and potentially to guest rooms
• Handle baggage for tour groups
• Give a good impression of the hotel on guest arrival
• Answer inquiries about local area and activities
• Observe Sonesta Standards
• Assist with check-out and luggage
• Support guests with other hotel needs as required
• Be flexible to work in other hotel areas as needed
