Responsibilities

• Assist guests with luggage from vehicle into Lobby and potentially to guest rooms.
• Handle baggage for tour groups.
• Answer guests' inquiries regarding local area and activities.
• Check out and assist guests with luggage.
• Employee may work in other areas of the hotel to support operations.
