Sonesta International Hotels Corporation is seeking a Guest Services Agent to support front desk operations and guest relations at our Cambridge property. You will serve as the first point of contact, handling check-ins, information requests, and guest services with a focus on Sonesta Service standards.

You will also assist with reservations, process transactions, and maintain guest satisfaction while adhering to safety and local regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of hotel or retail customer service preferred.
• Fluent English; other languages beneficial.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Opera systems preferred.
• ServSafe certification may be required.
• TIPS certification may be required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsabilités

• Register guests, issue room keys, and provide information on hotel services and location.
• Answer phones promptly and courteously.
• Process cash and card transactions accurately per procedures.
• May book guest reservations and manage cancellations or updates.
• Upsell rooms to maximize revenue and support seasonal strategies.
• Ensure guest safety and privacy of information.
