Job summary

EPG Group is seeking a Senior Global Workforce Delivery Specialist to own end-to-end onboarding and ongoing delivery for clients and workers across multiple countries. You will coordinate contracts, right-to-work, background checks, and country-specific requirements, while collaborating with payroll, immigration, and HR to ensure successful engagements.

Qualifications

• Experience managing onboarding or workforce delivery processes end to end.
• Experience working directly with both clients and workers/employees.
• Strong operational and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workers, clients, countries and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong attention to detail without losing sight of the overall experience.
• Confidence coordinating across different teams and areas of expertise.
• Practical, solutions-focused approach to problems.
• Experience with HRIS, workforce management, staffing or payroll technology.
• Ability to work independently and take genuine ownership.
• Interest in international employment and global workforce management.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding journey from engagement through to successful commencement.
• Coordinate contracts, employment documentation, right-to-work requirements and background checks.
• Work with payroll, immigration, compliance, HR to ensure all requirements are completed.
• Maintain proactive communication with workers and clients throughout onboarding.
• Deliver a smooth, organised first experience with EPG.
• Act as a key contact for workers and clients throughout engagements.
• Coordinate payroll, HR, immigration and compliance for ongoing delivery.
• Ensure accurate workforce information and documentation.
• Identify gaps and bottlenecks; drive improvements and scalability.
