Job summary

G-P is a remote-first leader enabling global employment with a focus on enterprise onboarding and compliant multi-country delivery. The Forward Deployed Operations Manager will own end-to-end onboarding programs, coordinate with HR Ops, CSMs, and Sales to ensure a seamless global expansion for enterprise clients.

You will translate complex regulatory and payroll requirements into actionable plans, mitigate risks, and drive a white-glove activation experience across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Enterprise Implementation or onboarding for SaaS or HR tech.
• Direct exposure to global employment mechanics and payroll basics.
• Experience managing multi-country projects with formal frameworks.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills for Fortune 500 clients.

Responsibilities

• Own and project manage end-to-end, multi-country onboarding programs.
• Serve as primary operational partner for enterprise customer success teams.
• Coordinate with internal HR Ops, CS, and Sales to align resources.
• Navigate international labor laws and payroll setup across jurisdictions.
• Translate regulatory nuances into actionable plans for clients.
• Drive activation and platform adoption with high-quality delivery.
