Job summary

G-P is seeking a Forward Deployed Operations Manager to lead end-to-end, multi-country onboarding for enterprise clients. You will sit at the crossroads of enterprise project management, global employment compliance, and operational delivery, ensuring smooth global expansions and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Enterprise Implementation, Customer Onboarding, Technical Project Management, or Operations Delivery.
• Direct exposure to global employment mechanics (Employer of Record, global payroll, employment law basics, or HR operations).
• Enterprise Project Management experience with multi-stakeholder, multi-country projects using formal frameworks (PMP, Agile, or equivalent).
• Strong client-facing presence with VP/C-suite stakeholders at Fortune 500 or high-growth enterprises.
• Able to translate regulatory/operational realities into actionable steps for clients.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Onboarding: manage multi-country EOR onboarding programs for enterprise clients.
• Single Point of Contact: be the primary operational partner during project implementation.
• Internal Alignment: coordinate with internal HR Ops teams with Customer Success and Sales.
• Compliance Oversight: navigate international labor laws, visa requirements, benefits administration, and local contracts.
• Local Ops Integration: translate in-country nuances into clear action plans while complying with regulations.
• Risk Mitigation: identify and resolve blockers and payroll setup delays across jurisdictions.
• Customer Success Partnership: work with CSMs to align delivery with account growth.
• Adoption & Happiness: drive platform adoption and white-glove onboarding for admins and international employees.
• Escalations & Problem-Solving: act as escalation point for complex inquiries with speed.
• Playbook Development: document and refine implementation playbooks and scalable workflows.
• Voice of Customer: feed enterprise requirements back into the roadmap.
