Qualifications

• 15+ years in IT Infrastructure or related roles.
• Proven success leading large cross-functional enterprise technology initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of end-user tech domains and service delivery.
• Experience with ServiceNow task coordination and workflow tracking.
• Excellent communication translating tech to business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large end-user technology initiatives across enterprise enablement.
• Coordinate delivery across engineering, operations, support, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Define repeatable execution patterns and clear ownership models.
• Ensure runbooks, knowledge articles, service desk prep, and transition plans are produced.
• Drive adoption, post-go-live stabilization, and operational readiness metrics.
