You'll manage onboarding, employee queries, payroll inputs, EOR relations and vendor coordination, shaping scalable programs and ensuring compliance across regions. This builder role emphasizes data, automation and a human-centered employee experience.

Qualifications

• Broad HR Generalist experience across People Operations or HR Operations.
• Solid employment law fundamentals across countries.
• Strong system, data, and spreadsheet skills for analysis and decision support.
• Experience managing payroll, EOR partners and vendors with SLAs.
• Builder mindset focused on scalable, long-term impact.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented while keeping big picture in view.
• Proactive, self-directed with gap-filling approach.
• Empathy and good judgement in sensitive situations.
• Willingness to use automation or AI to simplify work.

Responsibilities

• Run People Operations end-to-end for a global workforce.
• Collaborate with People team on programs and lifecycle events.
• Own payroll inputs, onboarding, EOR processes and vendors.
• Build scalable processes and self-service experiences.
• Maintain accurate people data in HR systems.
• Keep documentation and knowledge management up to date.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws across regions.
• Partner with Finance, IT and external providers.
