Guidehouse is seeking an Extended Workforce Program Lead in the United States to build, implement, and mature a global extended workforce program. This role drives strategy, governance, and supplier management across multiple provider types, partnering with Talent Acquisition, Procurement, Legal, Finance, and HR to improve workforce decisions, controls, and spend visibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; four years may substitute for degree.
• 6+ years in contingent or extended workforce management or related fields.
• Experience building, operating, or governing an internally managed contingent workforce.
• Experience partnering with staffing agencies, EORs, direct-hire firms, or independent contractors.
• Knowledge of contractor compliance and worker classification.

Responsibilities

• Build, implement, and mature Guidehouse's global extended workforce program.
• Lead strategy, governance, supplier management, and decision support across providers.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Procurement, Legal, Finance and HR to improve workforce decisions.
• Drive adoption of standardized processes, reporting, and governance outcomes.
• Map processes and lead program improvements including testing and rollout.
