Job description

EPG Group delivers global workforce solutions across the US, EMEA, APAC and LATAM, helping businesses engage, employ and manage talent across multiple countries.

Our services span Employer of Record (EOR), Agent of Record (AOR), managed payroll, immigration, recruitment and workforce management. Through our technology platform, Xemplo, we bring the worker journey together across onboarding, employment, payroll, compliance and ongoing workforce administration.

At the centre of everything we do is the experience we create for our clients and workers — making global employment simple, responsive and well managed from beginning to end.

We are looking for a Senior Global Workforce Delivery Specialist to join our global team and take ownership of that experience.

The Role

This is a hands-on global workforce onboarding and delivery role.

You will own the journey from the point a worker is ready to engage with EPG - coordinating onboarding, employment set-up and commencement, and then supporting both the worker and client throughout the ongoing engagement.

You will work across multiple clients, workers, countries and employment models, bringing together the different components required to successfully engage and manage a global workforce.

That may include employment, payroll, compliance, immigration, HR, contractor management and recruitment - but the role itself is fundamentally about delivery.

Your job is to make sure everything comes together.

You will be responsible for keeping processes moving, coordinating internal teams and external partners, communicating clearly with clients and workers, identifying issues early and ensuring every engagement receives the level of service and attention we expect at EPG.

Most importantly, you will help create an exceptional worker and client experience throughout the entire global workforce journey.

What You’ll Own
Global Onboarding & Commencement
  • Own the worker onboarding journey from engagement through to successful commencement
  • Coordinate contracts, employment documentation, right-to-work requirements, background checks and other country-specific requirements
  • Work with payroll, immigration, compliance, HR and other teams to ensure all requirements are completed
  • Maintain regular, proactive communication with workers and clients throughout onboarding
  • Ensure workers understand what is required, what happens next and who they can contact for support
  • Track multiple commencements across different clients and countries and ensure deadlines are met
  • Identify potential delays or issues early and take ownership of resolving them
  • Ensure worker records and workflows within Xemplo are accurate and complete
  • Deliver a smooth, organised and professional first experience with EPG
Ongoing Workforce Delivery

Your ownership does not stop once someone starts.

You will support the ongoing delivery of EPG's workforce services throughout the engagement, including:

  • Acting as a key point of contact for workers and clients
  • Supporting employment and engagement changes, extensions, transfers and offboarding
  • Coordinating payroll, HR, immigration, compliance and other workforce requirements where needed
  • Ensuring worker and client requests are followed through to completion
  • Working across internal teams and external partners to resolve issues
  • Maintaining accurate workforce information and documentation
  • Monitoring key dates, changes and requirements throughout each engagement
  • Ensuring workers continue to receive a high standard of support throughout their time with EPG
Worker & Client Experience

Exceptional service is a core part of this role.

You will:

  • Build strong relationships with workers and client stakeholders
  • Provide clear, timely and practical communication
  • Keep people informed rather than waiting for them to chase for updates
  • Understand the individual requirements of different clients and workforce programs
  • Make the global employment process feel simple and well coordinated
  • Take ownership of questions and issues through to resolution
  • Identify where an experience could be better and take action to improve it
  • Help ensure every interaction with EPG reflects the standard of service we want our clients and workers to remember
Global Workforce Coordination

Global workforce delivery involves many moving parts.

You will work across EPG's global teams and partners to coordinate areas such as:

  • Employer of Record and Agent of Record engagements
  • Employment and contractor onboarding
  • Payroll and workforce administration
  • Immigration and work authorisation
  • Employment documentation and compliance
  • HR and employee relations support
  • Worker changes, extensions and transfers
  • Offboarding and end-of-engagement requirements
  • Recruitment and talent acquisition where this forms part of the client solution

You do not need to be the specialist in every area. You do need to understand how the different components fit together, know when specialist input is required and make sure the right people are involved.

Process & Technology

We have established systems, workflows and processes. We want someone who takes ownership of making them work exceptionally well.

You will:

  • Use Xemplo as a core part of managing the worker lifecycle
  • Maintain accurate worker, client and engagement information
  • Ensure workflows and required processes are completed consistently
  • Identify gaps, bottlenecks and recurring issues
  • Look for opportunities to simplify and improve how we work
  • Support automation and technology improvements
  • Help build scalable delivery processes as our global workforce programs grow
  • Contribute ideas based on what you see happening day to day
What We’re Looking For

You may have worked in global mobility, EOR/AOR, contingent workforce, staffing operations, people operations, HR operations, recruitment operations, payroll, workforce management or client delivery.

More important than your job title is your ability to manage complex, people-focused processes and deliver an outstanding experience.

You will ideally bring:

  • Experience managing onboarding or workforce delivery processes end to end
  • Experience working directly with both clients and workers/employees
  • Strong operational and organisational skills
  • The ability to manage multiple workers, clients, countries and deadlines simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong attention to detail without losing sight of the overall experience
  • Confidence coordinating across different teams and areas of expertise
  • A practical, solutions-focused approach to problems
  • Experience with HRIS, workforce management, staffing or payroll technology
  • The ability to work independently and take genuine ownership
  • An interest in international employment and global workforce management

Experience in EOR, AOR, global mobility or multi-country workforce programs would be highly regarded, but it is not essential.

The Person We’re Looking For

You are someone who takes ownership. If something needs to happen, you make sure it happens.

You are highly organised and comfortable managing a lot of moving parts without losing control of the detail.

You communicate proactively. Clients and workers should not need to chase you to understand what is happening.

You enjoy working with people, but you are equally comfortable working through systems, processes, documentation and operational detail.

You can move between a worker needing help, a client requiring an update, an onboarding deadline, a payroll question and a country-specific requirement while maintaining a consistently high standard of service.

And when something goes wrong, your instinct is to solve it and see it through, rather than simply pass it to another team.

Where This Role Can Take You

This role provides exposure to the full world of global workforce management.

You will work across different countries, clients, employment models and workforce programs, building knowledge across employment, payroll, compliance, immigration, HR and contingent workforce management.

As your experience develops, there is significant opportunity to take greater ownership of countries, clients and global workforce programs and to play an important role in how EPG continues to build and deliver its global service model.

If you enjoy being hands-on, working with clients and workers, solving problems and making complex processes feel simple, this is an opportunity to build a career in global workforce delivery with EPG Group.

Only successful applicants will be contacted.
