Job summary

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in People technology, HR systems, or HR transformation.
• Experience leading enterprise HR technology strategy, including Workday implementation or optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the People technology strategy and roadmap, aligning Workday with business priorities.
• Oversee Workday design, optimization, and support with internal experts and external partners.
• Establish governance, demand prioritization, release planning, testing, and change control.
• Manage data governance, integrations, reporting, and access across systems.
• Lead technology investments and vendor relationships, ensuring value and adoption.
