Travere Therapeutics in San Diego (remote) seeks a visionary Vice President, People Technology & Operations to transform how People Success delivers services through AI, automation, and integrated systems.

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will own the technology strategy for Workday and HR platforms, lead a global team, drive governance, data quality, and scalable service delivery across the employee lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in People technology or HR transformation.
• Eight years of leading teams and shaping People Operations.
• Experience with enterprise HR technology strategy including Workday.

Responsabilités

• Own the People technology strategy and roadmap, aligning Workday with business priorities.
• Lead Workday design, optimization, and ongoing support.
• Establish governance, release planning, testing, and change control with IT and functional owners.
• Oversee integrations, reporting, and data governance; ensure data quality and access.
• Manage technology investments and vendor relationships for cost, value and adoption.
• Drive digital transformation using AI, automation, and digital tools.
• Lead change management, communications, and training; measure adoption and results.
• Translate strategy into operational priorities and service delivery across the employee lifecycle.
