Job summary

Travere Therapeutics is seeking a Vice President, People Technology & Operations to lead global People technology, digital transformation, and People Operations. You will drive Workday optimizations, data governance, and scalable services to improve the employee and manager experience.

The role reports to the Chief People Officer and partners with IT and business leaders to prioritize investments, govern data, and communicate technical concepts clearly to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in People technology, HR systems, People Operations, or HR transformation.
• Significant leadership experience and at least eight years managing teams.
• Experience leading enterprise HR technology strategy, including Workday implementation or optimization.
• Experience applying AI to business processes with oversight and data privacy focus.
• Experience with global operations, ideally in life sciences or biotechnology.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive Travere's People technology strategy and roadmap.
• Lead Workday design, optimization, and support with internal and external partners.
• Establish governance, prioritization, release planning, and data quality standards.
• Oversee integrations, reporting, and data governance across HR systems.
• Manage technology investments, vendor relationships, and adoption metrics.
• Lead digital transformation using AI and automation to scale People Success services.
• Guide operations leadership on capacity, process simplification, and service delivery.
