Job summary

Travere Therapeutics is seeking a Vice President, People Technology & Operations to lead global People technology, digital transformation, and People Operations. This leader will drive a scalable Workday-based tech stack and trusted workforce data to improve the employee and manager experience.

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will steer investments, drive adoption, and partner with IT and business leaders to deliver secure, compliant, and value-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 15+ years in People technology/HR transformation preferred.
• Proven leadership in enterprise HR technology strategy and governance.
• Experience with Workday implementation or optimization and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Own the People technology strategy and roadmap, aligning Workday with business goals.
• Lead Workday design, optimization, and support with internal and external partners.
• Establish governance, demand prioritization, release planning, and change control.
