Job summary

Travere Therapeutics seeks a Vice President, People Technology & Operations to lead global People technology, digital transformation, and People Operations. You will drive AI, automation, and integrated systems to improve employee experience and scale services.

Reporting to the CPO, you will govern Workday, data, and partnerships, align technology with business priorities, manage investments and vendors, and lead a high-performing team across geographies to enable efficient operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Technology, or related field.
15+ years in People technology/HR/People Operations with 8+ years leading teams.
Experience leading enterprise HR tech strategy, including Workday.
Experience applying AI to business processes with governance and oversight.
Life sciences/pharma/biotech experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Own the People technology strategy and roadmap, aligning Workday with business priorities.
Lead Workday design, optimization, and ongoing support with stakeholders.
Establish governance, demand prioritization, release planning, and change control.
Drive digital transformation using AI, automation, and digital tools.
Lead People Operations delivery, talent development, and service excellence.
Oversee data governance, analytics, and reporting for global audiences.
