Job summary

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will translate strategy into an integrated tech and service roadmap, partner with IT, manage vendors, and enable adoption across geographies

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Technology, or related field.
At least 15 years of progressive experience in People technology or HR transformation.
Experience leading Workday implementations and AI-driven processes.
Global, cross-functional leadership and strategy experience.

Responsibilities

Own the People technology strategy and roadmap.
Lead Workday design, optimization, and ongoing support.
Oversee integrations, reporting, and data governance.
Lead digital transformation and change management initiatives.
