Job summary

Travere Therapeutics is seeking a strategic leader to run global People Technology & Operations. You will shape the technology road map, optimize Workday, and deliver scalable services that enhance employee experience. The role partners with IT and business leaders to implement AI, automation, and governance across HR systems.

You will guide change management, drive adoption, manage budgets and vendor relationships, and ensure compliant, data-driven operations for a global workforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Technology or related field.
• 15+ years in People technology, HR systems, or People Operations with significant leadership experience.
• Experience scaling People Operations in a global, complex organization.
• Experience leading enterprise HR technology strategy, including Workday implementation or optimization.
• Experience applying AI to business processes with data privacy and oversight.
• Life sciences/pharma/biotech background is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the People technology strategy and roadmap, aligning Workday with business priorities and People Success goals.
• Lead Workday design, optimization, and ongoing support with internal experts and external partners.
• Establish technology governance, demand prioritization, release planning, testing, and change control.
• Oversee integrations, reporting, and data governance; ensure data quality and access.
• Manage technology investments and vendor relationships for cost, quality, and value.
• Lead digital transformation using AI, automation, and digital tools to scale services.
• Translate the CPO's strategy into operational priorities and service delivery capabilities.
• Define how employees access support, including self-service and case management.
• Lead change management, communications, and training; measure adoption and results.
• Ensure security, controls, and adherence to SOX requirements.
