Job summary

Travere Therapeutics seeks a visionary Vice President, People Technology & Operations to lead global HR technology, digital transformation, and People Operations. You will shape strategy, manage Workday and related systems, and drive AI-enabled services that improve employee experiences.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required or equivalent experience.
Extensive experience (15+ years) in People technology or HR operations, with leadership.
Experience implementing or optimizing Workday and related HR systems.
Experience applying AI to business processes with governance and data safety.

Responsibilities

Lead People technology strategy and roadmap, aligning Workday with business goals.
Oversee Workday design, optimization, and support via internal experts and partners.
Establish governance, prioritization, release planning, and data quality controls.
Drive digital transformation using AI, automation, and scalable processes.
Translate People Success strategy into operational capabilities and service delivery.
Lead a high-performing team and manage budgets, vendors, and projects.
