Job summary

Travere Therapeutics seeks a visionary leader for the Vice President, People Technology & Operations. You will direct global People technology, digital transformation, and People Operations, delivering reliable Workday solutions, trusted data, and scalable services for employees and managers.

Reporting to the CPO, you will translate strategy into a delivery roadmap, prioritize investments, and drive adoption in partnership with IT and business leaders. Expect ~10% travel.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
15+ years in People tech/HR operations.
Experience leading enterprise HR technology strategy.
Experience with Workday implementations/optimisation.
Experience applying AI to business processes.

Responsibilities

Own the People technology strategy and roadmap, aligning Workday with business priorities.
Lead Workday design, optimization, and support with internal and external partners.
Establish governance, prioritization, release planning, testing, and change control.
Oversee integrations, reporting, data governance and data quality.
Manage technology investments and vendor relationships for value and adoption.
Lead AI-driven digital transformation across People Success.
