Job summary

Travere Therapeutics is seeking a Vice President, People Technology & Operations to lead global People technology, AI-driven transformation, and high-impact operations. The role reports to the Chief People Officer and drives scalable services, data governance, and trusted workforce data across a global organization.

The leader will oversee Workday design and integrations, partner with IT and vendors, and guide change management, adoption, and governance to deliver superior employee experiences

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Technology or related field.
• 15+ years in People technology or HR transformation with leadership experience.
• Demonstrated success designing and scaling People Operations in a global organization.
• Experience leading enterprise HR technology strategy, including Workday implementation or optimization.
• Experience in governance, data quality, integrations, and vendor partnerships.
• Demonstrated use of AI in business processes with privacy, security and oversight.

Responsibilities

• Own the People technology strategy and roadmap, aligning Workday and the broader technology ecosystem with priorities and goals.
• Lead Workday design, optimization, and ongoing support with internal and external partners.
• Establish governance, release planning, testing, and change control with IT and owners.
• Oversee integrations, reporting, and data governance; ensure data quality and access across systems.
• Manage technology investments and vendor relationships, focusing on cost and value.
• Lead digital transformation using AI, automation, and tools to improve service and scale.
• Partner with IT, Legal and Compliance to safeguard privacy, security and oversight.
• Lead change management, training, and measure adoption and results.
• Translate strategy into operational priorities for People Operations and service delivery.
