Job summary

Repligen Corporation seeks a Senior Service Systems, Infrastructure & Analytics Manager to lead global service data infrastructure, integrations, and analytics. You will partner across Service, IT, Finance, Quality, and Field Service to drive scalable solutions and measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in business systems, analytics, or related tech roles.
• Experience supporting field/service operations and customer-focused teams.
• Strong experience with Salesforce, SAP, Power BI, Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Define and improve global service business processes, standards, and best practices.
• Translate business needs into scalable system requirements and solutions.
• Lead design, configuration, and optimization of service systems and infrastructure globally.
• Manage integrations between Salesforce, SAP, and other systems.
• Develop a master data strategy ensuring governance and accessibility.
• Build dashboards, reports, and KPI frameworks for data-driven decisions.
• Create Power BI/Tableau reports to deliver operational insights.
• Develop data flows and automations transforming data into actionable BI.
• Partner with Service, IT, Finance, Quality, and Field Service stakeholders.
• Provide guidance to IT and development teams and prioritize enhancements.
• Promote global processes adoption and reporting consistency.
• Develop training materials and user documentation.
• Evaluate new analytics technologies to improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Own strategic initiatives from concept to implementation.
