Repligen Corporation is seeking a Senior Service Systems, Infrastructure & Analytics Manager to lead global service systems, data infrastructure, integrations, and analytics. You will partner across Service, IT, Commercial Operations, Finance, Quality, and Field Service to build scalable solutions that drive performance and customer success.

Reporting to the VP of Service, you will design and optimize system architectures, manage dashboards, and guide data governance, master data, and BI

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years in business systems, analytics, or service tech roles.
• Experience with Salesforce, SAP, Power BI, Tableau.
• Strong data governance, data quality, and master data management.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable tech solutions.

Mansioni

• Define, document, and improve global service processes and standards.
• Translate needs into clear system requirements and scalable solutions.
• Lead design, configuration, implementation, and maintenance of service systems.
• Design and manage integrations between Salesforce, SAP, and other systems.
• Develop and execute a service master data strategy.
• Build dashboards and KPI frameworks for data-driven decisions.
• Develop Power BI/Tableau reports for insights.
• Create data flows and automation transforming data into BI.
• Partner with Service, IT, Finance, Quality, Field Service and align stakeholders.
• Provide guidance to IT and development teams.
• Promote adoption of global processes and reporting.
• Develop training materials and user docs.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Take ownership of strategic initiatives from concept to implementation.
• Help shape future of the function.
