Job summary

Repligen seeks a Senior Service Systems, Infrastructure & Analytics Manager to lead systems, data infrastructure, integrations, and analytics for the global service organization. You will partner across Service, IT, Finance, Quality and Field Service to build scalable, data-driven solutions that enhance performance and customer success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in business systems, analytics, systems architecture, service operations technology, or related disciplines.
• Experience with field service, technical service, or equipment-based service organizations.
• Strong experience with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, Power BI, Tableau.
• Proven experience designing system integrations, APIs, data flows, reporting frameworks, and automation.
• Experience developing dashboards, KPIs, and analytics solutions.
• Strong understanding of data architecture, MDM, governance, and data quality.
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, Power Query, DAX, Power Automate, C#, HTML.

Responsibilities

• Define and continuously improve global service business processes, standards, and best practices.
• Translate business needs into clear system requirements and scalable technical solutions.
• Lead design, configuration, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of service systems globally.
• Design, manage, and enhance integrations between Salesforce, SAP, and other systems.
• Develop and execute a service master data strategy with governance and accessibility.
• Build and improve dashboards, reports, and KPI frameworks for data-driven decisions.
• Create reporting/visualization using Power BI, Tableau to deliver insights.
• Develop data flows and automations transforming data from multiple sources into BI.
• Partner with Service, IT, Commercial Ops, Finance, Quality, Field Service for alignment.
• Provide guidance to IT/development teams and prioritize enhancements.
• Promote global process adoption and reporting standards.
• Create training materials and user docs for system adoption.
• Evaluate emerging analytics tech to improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Lead strategic initiatives from concept to implementation.
• Shape the future of the function through team development and process maturity.
