Repligen Corporation seeks a Senior Service Systems, Infrastructure & Analytics Manager to lead the systems, data infrastructure, integrations, and analytics for our global service organization. You will partner across Service, IT, Commercial Operations, Finance, Quality, and Field Service to build scalable solutions that drive business performance and customer success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 7+ years in business systems, analytics, or service tech.
• Experience with field service or equipment-based service.
• Proficient with Salesforce, SAP, Power BI/Tableau.
• Experience designing integrations, data flows, and automation.
• Dashboards, KPIs, and analytics experience.
• Knowledge of data governance and data quality.

Responsibilities

• Define, document, and improve global service processes and standards.
• Translate business needs into system requirements and scalable solutions.
• Lead design, configuration, and optimization of service systems globally.
• Design and manage integrations between Salesforce, SAP, and other systems.
• Develop master data strategy and ensure data governance across systems.
• Create dashboards, reports, and KPI frameworks for data-driven decisions.
• Develop Power BI, Tableau reports to deliver insights.
• Build data flows, queries, and automations transforming data into BI.
