Repligen Corporation is seeking a Senior Service Systems, Infrastructure & Analytics Manager to lead global service data infrastructure, integrations, and analytics. You will partner across Service, IT, Commercial Operations, Finance, Quality, and Field Service to build scalable solutions that improve performance and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in business systems, analytics, or service operations tech.
• Experience with field service or equipment-based service environments.
• Proven ability to design integrations and automate processes.
• Experience building dashboards and KPIs for decision making.
• Knowledge of data architecture, master data management, and data quality.

Responsabilités

• Define and improve global service business processes and standards.
• Translate business needs into scalable system requirements.
• Lead design and maintenance of service systems globally.
• Develop integrations between Salesforce, SAP, and other apps.
• Create a service data strategy ensuring governance and accessibility.
• Build dashboards and KPI frameworks for leadership visibility.
• Develop Power BI and Tableau insights for operations and strategy.
• Create data flows and reporting structures from multiple sources.
• Partner with Service, IT, Finance, and Quality to align objectives.
• Provide guidance to IT and development teams on enhancements.
• Promote global process adoption and reporting methodologies.
• Develop training materials for system adoption.
• Evaluate new analytics tech to improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Take ownership of strategic initiatives from concept to outcomes.
• Contribute to team development and long-term success.
