Job summary

Repligen Corporation seeks a Senior Service Systems, Infrastructure & Analytics Manager to lead systems, data infrastructure, integrations, and analytics for the global service organization.

You will partner across Service, IT, Commercial Operations, Finance, Quality, and Field Service to build scalable solutions driving performance and customer success. Strong focus on governance, dashboards, and insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as CS/IT/Engineering/IS.
• 7+ years in business systems, analytics, or service operations tech.
• Experience supporting field/service operations and customer support.
• Strong experience with Salesforce, SAP, Power BI, Tableau, and related systems.
• Proven ability designing integrations, data flows, APIs, and automation.
• Experience building dashboards and KPI frameworks for data-driven decisions.
• Knowledge of data architecture, data governance, and data quality.

Responsibilities

• Define and improve global service business processes and standards.
• Translate business needs into scalable system requirements.
• Lead design, configuration, and maintenance of service systems globally.
• Design and manage integrations between Salesforce, SAP, and other systems.
• Develop service master data strategy ensuring data governance and accessibility.
• Build dashboards and KPI frameworks for visibility into performance.
• Create reporting and visualization solutions (Power BI, Tableau).
• Develop data flows and reporting structures across sources.
• Partner with Service, IT, Commercial Ops, Finance, Quality, and Field Service teams.
• Provide guidance to IT and development teams and prioritize enhancements.
• Promote global process adoption and operational excellence.
• Create training materials and user documentation.
• Evaluate new technologies for efficiency and customer experience.
• Lead strategic initiatives from concept to implementation.
