Job summary

Repligen Corporation seeks a Senior Service Systems, Infrastructure & Analytics Manager to lead systems, data infrastructure, integrations, and analytics for a growing service organization. You will partner across Service, IT, Commercial Ops, Finance, Quality, and Field Service to drive performance and customer success.

The role emphasizes integrity, collaboration, and accountability, with opportunities to shape global processes, implement dashboards, and deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in business systems, analytics, or related tech.
• Experience supporting field/service operations and customer-facing contexts.
• Proven ability to design integrations, data flows, and automation.
• Strong data governance, master data management, and data quality practices.
• Experience building dashboards and KPI frameworks for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define and improve global service processes, standards, and best practices.
• Translate business needs into scalable system requirements and solutions.
• Lead design, configuration, and optimization of service systems globally.
• Manage integrations between Salesforce, SAP, and internal apps.
• Develop a service master data strategy ensuring data integrity.
• Create dashboards and KPI frameworks for visibility into performance.
• Build Power BI/Tableau reports to deliver actionable insights.
• Develop data flows and reporting structures from multiple sources.
• Partner with Service, IT, Commercial Ops, Finance, Quality, and Field Service.
• Provide guidance to IT and development teams; prioritize enhancements.
• Promote global process adoption and reporting methodologies.
• Create training materials and user support programs.
• Assess emerging technologies to improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Own strategic initiatives from concept to implementation.
• Shape the future of the function through team development and maturity.
