Repligen Corporation is seeking a Senior Service Systems, Infrastructure & Analytics Manager to lead the global service data infrastructure, integrations, and analytics. You will partner across Service, IT, Commercial Operations, Finance, Quality, and Field Service to drive business performance and customer success.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in business systems, analytics, or related fields.
• Experience supporting field/service organizations.
• Experience with Salesforce, SAP, Power BI, Tableau.
• Proven design of integrations, data flows, and automation.
• Experience creating dashboards and KPIs for decision-making.
• Strong data governance, master data management, and data quality practices.
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, Power Query, DAX, Power Automate, C#, HTML, or similar scripting.
• Ability to translate requirements into scalable solutions and drive outcomes.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and improve global service processes, standards and best practices.
• Translate needs into clear system requirements and scalable solutions.
• Lead design, configuration, and maintenance of global service systems and infrastructure.
• Design and manage integrations between Salesforce, SAP and other systems.
• Develop a master data strategy with governance and accessibility.
• Build dashboards, reports and KPI frameworks for data-driven decisions.
• Create Power BI/Tableau reporting to deliver insights.
• Develop data flows transforming data into actionable BI.
• Partner with Service, IT, Commercial Ops, Finance, Quality and Field Service.
• Provide guidance to IT and development teams on enhancements.
• Promote global process adoption and reporting consistency.
• Develop training materials and user docs for adoption.
• Evaluate new analytics technologies to improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Own strategic initiatives from concept to implementation.
• Contribute to team development and long-term success.
