Job summary

Infiterra S.A is seeking a hands-on SaaS Implementation Consultant / Customer Delivery Manager to own complex software implementations for global customers. The role combines project delivery, onboarding, stakeholder management, and ongoing customer ownership, with a Greece-based, international orientation.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in B2B software, ERP/CRM/SaaS delivery, and strong project management skills.

Qualifications

• Experience as a software consultant, ERP implementation consultant, technical project manager, or SaaS delivery-focused CSM.

Responsibilities

• Own complex software implementations for global customers from kickoff through go-live.
• Assist in investigating and progressing account-level issues and escalate as needed.
• Carry out hands-on configuration, setup, and customization of the platform (no coding).
• Deliver customer training sessions, both remote and on-site when needed.
• Track timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder communication throughout implementation.
• Support customers during hyper-care periods following go-live.
