Areti Group | Climate Positive Tech Recruitment is seeking 2x SaaS Implementation Specialists for remote US deployment. You will lead end-to-end onboarding and complex international implementations for enterprise clients, coordinating across North America, UK and EMEA.

This client-facing role requires deep experience in global benefits platforms and multi-country delivery. You will drive workshops, configure solutions, manage timelines and deliverables while maintaining strong stakeholder

Competenze

• 10+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, deployment, onboarding or professional services.
• Strong global employee benefits experience is essential.
• Experience working directly with enterprise customers and senior stakeholders.
• Experience delivering global or multi-country programmes in North America, UK and/or EMEA.

Mansioni

• Own end-to-end onboarding and implementation programmes for enterprise customers.
• Lead implementation kick-offs, discovery sessions, workshops and client meetings.
• Create and manage implementation plans, timelines, milestones and deliverables.
• Gather, analyse and validate complex customer requirements and data.
• Configure the platform to align with customer requirements and global benefits programmes.
• Coordinate testing, validation and customer approval processes.
• Drive implementations through to go-live and handover.
• Build relationships with enterprise stakeholders across North America, UK and EMEA.
