Job summary

Infiterra S.A is seeking a hands-on SaaS Implementation Consultant / Customer Delivery Manager to own complex software implementations for global customers. The role combines project delivery, onboarding, stakeholder management, and ongoing customer ownership, with a Greece-based, international orientation.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in B2B software, ERP/CRM/SaaS delivery, and strong project management skills.

We are looking for a hands-on SaaS Implementation Consultant / Customer Delivery Manager to own complex software implementations for global customers. This role combines project delivery, onboarding, stakeholder management, platform configuration, and ongoing customer ownership. You will work primarily with global customers, owning implementations and acting as Infiterra’s main point of contact post-sale. This role is based in Greece. While our customer base is entirely international, we're ideally looking for a candidate based locally, with strong international exposure and experience working with global, English-speaking clients.

• Implementation & Delivery Support and, for standard accounts, own onboarding projects from kickoff through go-live
• Assist in investigating and progressing account-level issues, escalating complex or cross-functional cases to senior CSMs or relevant teams (Support, R&D, Product)
• Build working knowledge of platform behavior and business requirements to support customer and internal conversations
• Support project management of customer implementations, coordinating internal teams and customer stakeholders under guidance on more complex accounts
• Carry out hands‑on configuration, setup, and customization of the platform (no coding required)
• Deliver customer training sessions, both remote and on‑site when needed
• Track timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder communication throughout implementation
• Support customers during hyper‑care periods following go‑live
• Customer Ownership & Engagement
• Conduct regular cadence calls and ensure follow‑up on action items
• Support account health monitoring and ticket escalation for your portfolio
• Participate in QBRs and contribute to follow‑through on adoption and optimization actions
• Work confidently with stakeholders across working and management levels
• Share customer feedback with Product and Engineering teams

Требования:

• Experience as a software consultant, ERP implementation consultant, technical project manager, or SaaS delivery‑focused CSM.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a B2B software environment (such as ERP, CRM, or SaaS) in a customer success role, with a focus on customer onboarding and implementation.
• Extensive background in delivering complex software implementations.
• Experience with ERP, subscription and billing platforms, telecom BSS, marketplaces, or commerce SaaS solutions is strongly preferred.
• Comfortable taking a hands‑on, detail‑oriented approach—not just working in customer-facing roles.
• Capable of working independently.
• Possesses a startup mindset: pragmatic, adaptable, and comfortable with a broad range of responsibilities.
• Based in Greece, ideally with a strong international profile — e.g., prior work experience abroad, with multinational teams, or with clients outside Greece — and full comfort operating in an English‑first, globally distributed environment.
• Proven experience delivering B2B software implementations.
• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Solid understanding of software concepts, including APIs.
• Ability to explain complex technical and business workflows clearly.
• Professional English.
• Willingness to travel when required.
