Job summary

FYRE Global Limited is seeking an Implementation Consultant for a fully remote role in the United States, with a preference for candidates on the East Coast (GA/Atlanta mentioned). You will own client implementations from kickoff to go-live, perform scoping and configuration, and provide post-go-live support while traveling to client sites roughly twice a month.

The role blends project management, training, and configuration expertise to ensure successful go-lives.

Qualifications

• Experience in an Implementation Consultant, Solutions Consultant, or similar customer-facing delivery role.
• Background in a complex, configuration-heavy software environment; ERP experience is a plus.
• Comfortable owning a full implementation end-to-end.
• Confident managing client expectations and able to push back diplomatically.
• Willing to travel domestically a few times per month.

Responsibilities

• Own successful delivery of client implementations from kickoff through go-live.
• Run light post-sales scoping sessions before configuring the platform to match what’s been sold.
• Lead the project largely on your own—project manager, trainer, and configuration specialist.
• Travel to client sites roughly twice a month for scoping and implementation work across multiple states.
• Provide ongoing software support to clients post-go-live.
• Maintain close post‑go-live contact to ensure renewals and customer success.
