Veeva Systems is seeking a Global Program Manager to own customer success across our Commercial product line, partnering with Product and Sales to deliver industry-first CRM solutions. You will manage large, complex programs and coordinate global teams to meet business needs and drive product adoption.

The role involves working from client sites, home office, and offsite meetings, with up to 50% travel and close collaboration across Veeva teams to deliver value for top pharma customers.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in large-scale program management within the Pharmaceutical Commercial space (Sales, Medical Affairs, Marketing).
• Consulting experience across multiple functional areas for enterprise pharma clients.
• Track record of success leading diverse global teams to deliver large, complex technology implementations.

Aufgaben

• Service Delivery accountability for Veeva’s Commercial product line at one of our largest customers.
• Deep partnership with customer leadership, IT, and business stakeholders to define deployment, governance, and transformation roadmap.
• Establish post-deployment application management.
• Support implementation proposals and services contract negotiation.
• Coordinate Customer Success Manager activities to drive product value and adoption.
• Coordinate Product Management and Product Support activities.
