Job summary

Veeva is seeking a Global Program Manager to own customer success across the Commercial Cloud, coordinating with Product and Sales to deliver industry-first solutions for life sciences.

You will lead customer-facing teams, define deployment roadmaps, establish post-deployment support, and drive product adoption with senior executives. This role is customer-facing, requires travel up to 50%, and supports work from client sites, home offices, or offsite meetings.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in large-scale program management in the Pharmaceutical Commercial space (Sales, Medical Affairs, Marketing).
• Consulting across multiple functional areas for enterprise pharma clients.
• Track record of success leading diverse global teams to deliver large, complex technology implementations.
• Experience in technology strategy and roadmap development for large pharma customers.
• Proven executive communication skills.
• Ability to critically and objectively interpret and evaluate information to influence at the executive level.
• Skills in problem resolution, negotiation, dealing with ambiguity, and establishing effective processes; influencing without authority.
• Works well with third parties: can organize and galvanize a disparate group of people; maintain cadence in the program.

Responsibilities

• Service Delivery accountability for Veeva’s Commercial product line at one of our largest customers.
• Deep partnership with customer leadership, IT, and business stakeholders to define deployment, governance, and transformation roadmap.
• Establish post-deployment application management.
• Support proposals and services contract negotiation.
• Coordinate Customer Success Manager activities to drive product value and adoption.
• Coordinate Product Management and Product Support activities.
