Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking a Global Program Manager to own customer success across our Commercial Cloud for a top pharmaceutical client. You will lead customer-facing teams and partner with Product and Sales to align deployment and transformation roadmaps.

This role requires 7+ years in program management, strong executive communication, and the ability to coordinate global teams while traveling up to 50% of the time. Based in ETZ and flexible to client sites and home offices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in large-scale program management within pharma or healthcare space.
• Experience leading global cross-functional teams on complex technology implementations.
• Strong executive communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own service delivery accountability for Veeva’s Commercial product line at large customer accounts.
• Define deployment, governance, and transformation roadmaps with customer leadership and IT.
• Coordinate Customer Success Manager, Product, and Sales activities to drive product value and adoption.
